Order is confirmed after your initial deposit %50 and is non-refundable. The deposit is required at the time of booking this deposit confirms the selected date. The remanding balance is due 24 hours prior to pick up or delivery date.

 Any Cancellations Will Result in the loss of Your Non-Refundable Deposit.

Any requests for changes in cake size, style, or flavors must be made before the specified deadline. Changes made after this deadline cannot be assured and may result in additional fees, contingent upon at least 7 days' notice being provided.

If you're dissatisfied with the flavor quality of your cake and seek a refund, we'll evaluate your request at our discretion. However, in such cases, the cake must be returned. Regrettably, we cannot issue a refund for a consumed cake or dessert item.

Refunds are solely granted for unsatisfactory flavor quality and do not cover other reasons for dissatisfaction, such as personal taste preferences.

 

 Berry Dulce is not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 78 F or below.

 

 If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession.
